Check your 2012 random drug and alcohol testing figures now. Make sure you have tested at least 50% of your drivers for drugs and 10% for alcohol this year. If not catch up by the end of December 31 at all cost. If you don’t test at the correct rate for a calendar year you are stuck with that violation for a full 12 months. If during this time FMCSA conducts and audit on your operations you will get an unsatisfactory rating in that factor and probably pay a fine not matter where you are with your 2013 testing rated.
