New Driver Qualification
MIA Safety will qualify your drivers using your insurance and company requirements while ensuring they also meet all DOT regulations set forth in the FMCSRs part 391. Our knowledgeable staff will assist with your applicants from the interview process through completion of the application and qualification. We will provide frequent updates on the status of your candidates and offer helpful tips to speed up and streamline the qualification process. MIA Safety will run a thorough motor vehicle record (MVR) check and CSA score check, through the FMCSA’s pre-employment screening program (PSP), as a pre-qualification so that you do not spend time on unqualified candidates. MIA Safety can qualify your drivers using your application or one of our existing templates. If you would like to use your own application we will evaluate it to make sure it meets all DOT requirements. MIA Safety’s driver qualification services can include all of the following: MVR/abstract, DAC reports, PSP, criminal background reports, application review, past employment checks, hazmat tests and pre-employment drug testing. We will work with you if you require additional services specific to your company.
